GBLD offers solutions to low-carbon and zero-carbon building design. We accompany our clients from design to completion, and through the building's entire life cycle. We use advanced software to conduct dynamic thermal simulations and techno-economic optimisation.

GBLD provides LEED and BREEAM certifications.
Building Energy Audit
Through the detailed analysis of all your building's components, GBLD can provide recommendations that will result in greenhouse gas, energy and cost savings.
Energy and Thermal Modelling
GBLD offers professional thermal simulation for buildings, and consultancy services to assist with your projects - every from an early stage. Using building performance simulation tools, we can test your building before its construction. We are involved in a variety of projects, including energy modelling for LEED, BREEAM, EU and national building codes.
We offer modelling and optimisation services for all components of the building envelope, including HVAC systems. Tasks such as system selection, equipment sizing, control strategies and setpoints can be optimised with the appropriate tools.
We also offer services for modelling and optimising innovative energy systems.

By integrating cutting-edge technologies from around the world, GBLD has owned 4 sets of patent packages for almost 100 technologies, including winners of the Eni Award and DRAGON-STAR Innovation Award. The technologies in each patent package compliment each other, improving technological value and application scope.
